Amber Sceats Brown Sheer Lace Button-Up Shirt | Vintage Romantic Layer
I thrifted this Amber Sceats lace shirt, and it’s the kind of piece that makes you feel like you’re wearing something from another era. It’s a soft, dusty brown lace, and the floral pattern is delicate and a little moody.
It’s a sheer button-front with a scalloped collar and long sleeves, and there’s a little ruffled detail at the shoulders that gives it some romance. The lace is lightweight and see-through, so it’s made for layering. It’s giving “vintage dresser, but make it cool.”
I’d wear it open over a black cami or bralette with high-waisted jeans and boots, or buttoned up over a slip dress for a night out. For something more polished, layer it under a blazer with trousers. It also looks great over a white tank with a flowy skirt in the summer.
[There are a couple small snags, but you can't really tell when it's on, which is why I still ended up purchasing.]
